So we were at Costco and wanted eat somewhere other than the Costco food court. I’m plant based and wanted something in my realm. We easily walked to this place while Costco was putting tires on our car. The restaurant was well decorated and the staff were very friendly and attentive (visited our table more 5 times).
I asked what they had for Vegan and they indicated they had a vegan cheese and a meat substitute. My spouse and I ended up getting the combination meal which included a drink, salad, and a pizza. The food came fast. Food presentation was great. Taste also impressive. I put down only 4 stars under atmosphere due to the men’s bathroom being a mess and having a hole in the wall. In general, everything else about the atmosphere was 5 star. What was most impressive…I would say the service. Total bill was just over $54 with tip.

If you're on the fence, hop in! Every time we drive through the University Village Plaza, we keep saying we need to try this place.

While helping Mama Rabbit, I suggested it, and she was happy and said "finally" will get to try more than free smells when walking the plaze to various shops.

We headed inside, and the smells hit us in the face like a fastball. We decided to share a pizza and chose the build your own pizza.

We loved the decor and vibe. Staff was super friendly.

We paid got our number and picked a table. A half booth half table in the corner.

They had both indoor and outdoor seating.

The pizza came out pretty fast. It wasn't greasy and had a perfect cheese pull. The flavors were spot on. The toppings had the perfect ratio to cheese and sauce. There was the slightest bit of heat to the sauce and seasonings but not spicy.

We will definitely be hopping in soon to try other options such as pastas, soups, and more.

The pizza is pretty good for a franchise. I don't know if it is typical, but I got a measly amount of pasta for the price I paid. There are better restaurants around Colorado Springs, but there are also a lot worse. I would get the pizza again as it was one of the better ones I have had, but I wouldn't get the pasta again even if they gave a healthier amount of it. Taste wise, it just failed to stand out in any significant way.

The pizza here is amazing! I like that they have a ton of options for speciality pizzas. They also have other non pizza options such as lasagna. The entire staff works very well as a team and therefor the food comes out quick and the service is great.

Fabulous pizzas, with hand-made bases and fresh ingredients. The pepperoni is good. Our favorite is the plain base, brushed with garlic oil and grated parmesan and the house Chardonnay. It’s a hybrid between a restaurant and self-order. Staff are friendly and the premises are clean and viby.

My wife, son and I decided we wanted pizza for a late meal, so after searching through a list of restaurants, we picked this place because it had a wood-fired oven.

When we arrived, there weren’t many cars around, but being a holiday, I wasn’t surprised. I don’t think that there would be challenges finding a place to park at any time, though.

The prices seemed very reasonable for a 12” pizza, and these pizzas are really designed for one person unless you’re not very hungry, in which case two people could share one.

When we went to the counter to order, the lady at the counter asked if we wanted the 12” or 8”. Apparently, the menu shows the 12” price, and the 8” prices are a few dollars less. My wife ordered the smaller size, and my son and I opted for the 12”.

As for the pizza options, my wife and son ordered a Testarossa, which features pepperoni, red peppers, mushrooms and other items. I selected a plain cheese pizza and then added mushrooms.

The food came out quickly and was really delicious. We had no trouble finishing off the pizzas.

While you do place your order at the counter before sitting down, this feels more like a full service restaurant. We sat down and a server brought us our food and drinks. She also took care of refills. It was nice to relax a bit after a day of hiking.

I’d recommend this place for your pizza fix. The service is quick and the food is tasty.
