We were out and decided to stop into Granelli’s Pizza. A super nice little restaurant. They have the open garage doors to circulate air and give you a little view. We ordered some Garlic Cheese Bread and a 14” Pepperoni Pizza. The Garlic Cheese Bread was cooked perfectly, not too much garlic on it. The dipping sauce was nice and smooth. The pepperoni was cooked under the cheese on the pizza, the sauce is made with San Marzano tomatoes which are super flavorful. The crust is paper thin and cooked perfectly. Are server was Amy and she was wonderful. Timely ensuring drinks were filled. Everyone needs to check this place out, you won’t be disappointed. Just an FYI, they have been in business since

I ordered a Bloody Mary during their happy hour. The menu showed the Bloody Mary under the cocktail section on their menu at $7.49. The napkin holder has a picture showing happy hour and says a dollar off signature cocktails during happy hour. So my Bloody Mary should have been $6.49. I get the bill and it was 10.99 for my Bloody Mary. I said this is wrong and showed her the menu and the napkin dispenser. She says the prices have changed. I said that’s false advertising. She said sorry. I argued more Andrew said that’s wrong and she came back with a full priced cocktail receipt at 7.49 and said that’s all she could do. It was very wrong. Shame on you Granellis. We used to love eating here but I feel cheated. And it was not made right.

Came in for their breakfast and it was delicious. We had the Biscuits and Gravy Pizza with smothered potatoes. The mimosas were great too. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The bang for your buck just isn’t there. It was $8 for five mozzarella sticks, their “thick” crust is what most other pizzerias would call thin crust, and my bacon pizza was basically a cheese pizza with a few bacon bits tossed on top. The food tasted good, but not worth the money spent. Also it took a long time to get our food and the waitress seemed to ignore us most of the night. In her defense it seemed like she was the only waitress working during rush hour. I’ll probably never go back there.

Hands-down, this is the best pizza place in Castle Rock, maybe the State of Colorado! Do not miss this spot if you’re craving pizza with excellent ingredients cooked to perfection!

With just barely enough taco ingredients to fill a small tortilla, the taco pizza boasts essence of taco. Will not be spending any more money here and I’d urge you to do the same.

The best pizza in castle rock! We love going to and ordering from Granellis! My only issue is the pickle fries - I love them, but you get so few for the price - please give us more 🙂

Delicious with great pepper, sausage and sauce spice! Crust was exactly the right thickness for the crispness. Take out ready when promised, friendly face took care of a lot of responsibilities that night, please tip her well!!!
