Virgilio’s is the best pizza I’ve had in Colorado. And we’ve tried a ton of pizza places! The garlic knots were fantastic. So we’re the spicy mussels. We got medium and they had a pretty good kick! We ordered the veggie pizza and added artichoke and pineapple. You know how usually if you get a veggie pizza it can easily get soggy? Well Virgilio’s was perfect. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Our waiter, Taylor, was very nice and attentive. He was also really nice and patient with our kids which is much appreciated! Lastly, we ordered some cannolis to take home and they were fabulous!! Will definitely be taking family and friends here when they come into town to visit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Warning! This menu is a stoned cold killer! Holy cannoli! We ordered so much food, the pene with vodka sauce, Buffalo ravioli with Alfredo, the Italian eggrolls, garlic knots, tiramisu, cappuccinos, and a frank Sinatra pizza. Every bite was delicious. Lots of recommendations from Adam the bartender, but the cookies were a little hidden gem.
The flavors are layered and ingredients are so fresh. This is a must eat in the area! Like colorado....worth the go! The garlic knots were the only thing keeping us from licking our plates! Saucy-bites!
We came back and had the spinach ravioli and chicken fettuccine Alfredo, the Greek salad, garlic knots, chocolate bomb and one each of the almond cookies.

Virgillios offers lots of delicious plates that are fresh and flavorful. Pizza, Pasta and Calzones! There is something for everyone. The staff is awesome, very friendly, and they make sure you are satisfied and have what you need. We absolutely love this place!! ?

I just moved here from NY and have been worried about finding good pizza, but thanks to Virgilio's I'm no longer worried. The pizza was fabulous, also the garlic knots and homegrown heirloom tomatoes salad were delicious. The service was excellent, quick to help without being overbearing. Will definitely be back soon!

The good:
When you walk in you get that, Italian Restaurant vibe…with the wine cork lined walls, to the family photos on the wall and the wonderful smell of Italian food!
The pizza was delicious and to be honest could have been cooked a few minutes longer as the middle was a little soft. This will not lower my rating as the pizza ingredients were top notch! I imagine people may complain if it’s overcooked in the brick oven so maybe the chef was being cautious. Next time I’ll let the server know to keep in a few minutes extra!! The cheese on the pizza is amazingly flavorful cheesy goodness!! The jalapeños were not hot but again will not hold that against them ? the meat toppings were fresh tasting. The crust was nice and crispy!!!
The mozzarella sticks were almost perfect, again a little longer in the over and again, this will not lower my score! ?
The house wine was divine and Lucious ?
My wife ordered an aperol spritz that was out of this world! ?
Her salad was fresh, crisp and oh so tasty according to her!! The menu has so many options that you will have a hard time figuring out what you want. My suggestion is order multiple items and take what you can’t finish, to go!

Greeter and server both were polite and welcoming. Customer service skills are a nice touch to an excellent restaurant, thank you.

The not so good:
Can get crowded during peak times
Bathrooms need an upgrade according to my wife
The high top tables are wobbly

All in all this is a must try and we plan to return to try something new on the menu ?
